Pharmaqo Official is an authorized direct distributor of genuine Pharmaqo Labs formulations. We operate dedicated regional fulfillment hubs in the United States and the United Kingdom, serving customers in the US, UK, and European Union.

We are not a manufacturer. All products we distribute are genuine Pharmaqo Labs formulations sourced directly from the manufacturer and enclosed in factory-sealed, tamper-evident packaging.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Orders dispatched to an incorrect address may not be eligible for our free reshipment guarantee.

Our returns and refunds process is governed by our Refunds & Reshipment Policy. Key points:

• Opened or tampered items cannot be returned or resold due to safety regulations.
• Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video.
• Lost packages are re-shipped free after verification with the carrier.
• Unpaid orders can be canceled at any time.
• Once payment is verified and a tracking number is generated, orders cannot be canceled.

Our preferred resolution is always a free replacement or reshipment. Where a replacement isn't possible, we may issue a refund to the original payment method or store credit at our discretion.

Every product we distribute is a genuine Pharmaqo Labs formulation. Each unit carries a unique scratch-off security code that can be verified on the official Pharmaqo Labs verification portal.

While we take every measure to guarantee authenticity, we strongly recommend that you:

• Verify every product's scratch-off code upon receipt.
• Contact support immediately if any code does not validate.
• Keep the packaging and verification code until you are satisfied with your order.
